Frank DeMelfi is of Counsel for The Vaughn Law Firm. Mr. DeMelfi represents clients in employment disputes and other contractual disputes. Mr. DeMelfi has represented both individuals as well as businesses in a broad array of employment matters ranging from wage and hour issues, severance agreements, employment contracts, employee handbooks and policies, termination and separations, hiring practices, unemployment compensation and other aspects of the employer/employee relationship governed by state and federal laws. Mr. DeMelfi has represents clients in matters before the Georgia Department of Labor and the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor, as well as district courts and appellate courts throughout the United States.
