A. Brian Henson
Mr. Brian Henson is an associate with The Vaughn Law Firm, LLC. Mr. Henson has extensive experience working with Federal Employees on cases before the Merit System Protection (MSPB), Office of Special Counsel (OSC), Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). He has worked as a legal extern with the Georgia Legal Services Program assisting indigent individuals in need of legal counsel and representation. He also served an externship with the Athen-Clarke County Attorney’s Office in Athens, Ga where he assisted with diverse range of legal issues. Mr. Henson is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
Mr. Henson received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from Emory University, a Masters Degree in History from Clemson University, and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
